This is a profound occasion, as my Auntie Terry, your Mom, Donna, is the last of the Hewko family of seven brothers and four sisters. I am so fortunate have seen and visited with her many, many times. When I was very young she lived with us (the Peter Hewko family) in California for a short time. I have many, many memories for which I am especially grateful at this time. Perhaps one is her unique laugh which always made me smile as it does even now as I contemplate missing her, tears in my eyes, smile on my lips. My dear Auntie Terry, vichnaya pamyat, memory eternal!

All my love,

Marusha (Hewko) Dach

Dear Donna and the Corry Family,

I am truly sorry about Aunt Terry’s passing. I unfortunately did not know Aunt Terry well, but I always remember hearing about how wonderful she was. I hope you find comfort during this difficult time and my prayers and thoughts are with you.

Thank you for providing an online option for the funeral service, it was a beautiful service.

With love,

Christina Hewko

Hello,

This is Emil from California writting in behalf of the Emil Hewko family. We are paying our respect and sending our condolences to the Cory Family on the passing of Aunt Terry.. She was the last of the eleven of aunts and uncles. While we feel the sorrow of our loss, there is comfort in knowing from Donna her passing was without lasting pain. As we feel the pain of the loss, today we should recognize and celebrate the 93 good years of giving herself to others. Terry was full of life filled with love and compassion. My memories of specifics ate vague as I left the farms at 10 years old for Calfornia, only returning on occasional vacations, but what I do recall is what a spirited and jovial person she was. And her laughter, who could ever forget that? So I solute and celebrate that good fife and believe the Lord has taken her, meeting Ron in the next life. Warmest regards and God bless to All, Emil
